What I think of Child Development..... & To give thanks for the supports...

What I think of Child Development? it is full of life and fluidity.

"Youth is happy because it has the ability to see beauty.  Anyone who keeps the ability to see beauty never grows old." ~ Franz Kakfa

I chose this quote because I always felt that children are always carefree. They are curious and do not carry grudge against anyone who is different from them. Children change constantly. Children grow in every aspect of child development.

Please also locate sign language video on a separate post.

Thank you for your tremendous support in last 8 weeks of class. I greatly appreciated all of your inputs and will carry them with me for rest of my life.

Thank you and happy holidays!

  1. I enjoyed reading your quote. Children are carefree and should remain that way. As professionals we can help in helping them continue by providing the best care, support and education.

I also want to thank you for your detailed posts and discussion throughout the semester. Being able to read how things have impacted you was very educational. Best of luck in future courses and Happy Holiday!!

  2. Chrissy,

What a n ice quote, children have such a unique ability to see beauty not influenced by deep rooted bias and prejudice.
I wanted to thank you for your contributions to the class and your commitment to teaching children who have hearing issues. I learned ASL in junior high school, as a summer activity, and remained proficient, who would have known that I would eventually need that ability. Good luck to you in your future courses.
