  1. Chrissy,
I wanted to take this time to thank you for all of your support and encouragement throughout this course. You provided such great insight on each weekly topic and provided us with extra resources to help enhance our knowledge about the early childhood field. I wish I could have been more help to you and the rest of our colleagues, but my offering of helping out in anyway that I can still stands, I hope we can stay connected throughout the rest of our online education experience. Thank you again and good luck with the rest of your studies.

  2. Chrissy,
I enjoyed your points of view. I read all of your blog entries and always read your discussion board posts. There were a couple of times when I had writer's block, I would read your DB post and then be able to write. I find you to be very inspirational to me. I have worked with a student who was hard of hearing. I also took a class in sign language and one of my assignments was to go shopping. We had to try to buy something and pretend we were deaf. The salesman quickly became frustrated with me and got very angry when he found out we could hear. I gained some insight from that experience. I can't even imagine what it is like to deal with those types of situations daily. I am looking forward to learning even more from you in our next class together.

  3. Chrissy,
I wanted to thank you for being so open about being deaf and advocating for what you believe in. I think you have some great goals for the future and know that your determination will help you achieve these goals. Good luck in your next class.
